Even if he has a subpar, 8 win season next year - all he has to do is improve each year. I'm amazed Weis hasn't done more with his time there at Notre Dame. He continues to get great recruiting classes, but the product on the field doesn't seem to get any better. Things with RR and Michigan should be different, we've got some blinders on based on the past few weeks, but there have been bigtime improvements in just year 2 of this thing.
