Irrational Mich fans are acting like it’s been a top 5 program over the last decade. Taking a few rough years to the nuts is worth it if RichRod gets this program back to an elite status. I’ve heard people call into WTKA saying that for 40 years michigan has had plenty of talent to beat subpar big ten teams – these people just don’t get it whatsoever.

No reason for people to be calling for RR head to roll already. The guy needs time, its only his second year and he has a young team. It takes awhile for existing guys to buy into the new system and to recruit young guys to fit the system. It sounds like the locker room isnt divided which is a good thing.

To address the D – I read we have a DB coming to visit that verbally committed to UCLA but he is currently the top ranked athlete in the class. Hopefully some maze and blue magic will inspire him to come to mich! That will help the sorry secondary hopefully immediately.

Yes Uferfan1 – a voice of reason is necessary at this point! I can barely stand to visit certain message boards because fans have no clue to manage their emotions and knee jerk reactions coming off two bad losses.

Things will turn in Michigan’s favor – but not if RR is booted and M once again starts over.

the offense is on its way to being dominate. the D HAS TO CHANGE.

I hope they can get some 4-5 star talent, b/c they need someone who can step in right away.

the offense improved greatly this year, hopefully the D can next year.

I agree to a point. I’ve officially written off any positive impact or “Barwis effect” because for two weeks now this team on defense BLOWS in the second half. RR will be fine. He needs to get defensive recruits in that can play at a high level – he doesn’t have any at this point. Next year’s offense will need to be better than this year’s version because the D isn’t going to be any better.
