About MGOFootball

First, thanks for stopping by MGoFootball. I started the site in the summer of 2009 – Go Blue. We’re about to dive into Rich Rodriguez’s third year at the helm. For a life-long MIchigan fan, these last few years have been shall I say – the worst? Yes, the worst is about right. I live in Cincinnati – a place dominated by way too many truck drivers that wear red.

I do this as a hobby. It costs a little money to run the site and I sink some time into it. You’ll find my opinions, thoughts, and general reactions to various happenings around Michigan football. By no means do I get very analytic, but I do let Michigan football ruin my Saturday. So I’ll pour it out of me onto this blog whether it’s good or bad for the Wolverines.

During the season, I post nearly live updates of the Monday press conference with Rich Rodriguez and a handful of players and RR’s Wednesday press conference.

This site has no affiliation with the University of Michigan.

Some background on me – I grew up as a kid going to games with my father and I fell in love with being a Michigan fan. My earliest memories begin with watching and trying to imitate the great Desmond Howard in my backyard, going to the 1993 and 1995 Ohio State games in Ann Arbor, and counting down the hours to kickoff every Saturday. As I’ve grown older, my passion for Michigan has only grown and I couldn’t be more excited for the future of the program.

HAIL TO THE VICTORS!
